Does the price include delivery and setup?
Yes, within 20 miles. Extra fees may apply farther out, up to 40 miles. Prices don't include sales tax.
How much space do I need?
Most bouncers are 13' × 13' and most combos are 31' × 13'. Some water slides are up to 20' × 45'. Add about 5' on every side. Check your yard with Will It Fit →
Can I have a bounce house at a park in Cincinnati?
Cincinnati Parks allows bounce houses at its group picnic areas: Area 22 and Stone Steps in Mt. Airy Forest, and the Alms Park group picnic area. They aren't allowed at its smaller picnic shelters (Drake, French, Jackson Hill, Mt. Echo, Rapid Run and McFarlan Woods). There's no electricity, so add a generator, which must sit on concrete, and Cincinnati Parks doesn't refund reservations. Always confirm with the park before you book. Do I need power?
Yes, an outlet within 100 feet. Most parks don't have electricity, so you can rent a generator from us.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
A $50 card deposit holds your date. It's fully refundable if you cancel 8 or more days out. Cancel 2–7 days out and you get a rain check good for a year.
How do I pay?
Cash or credit card. If you pay cash, have exact change ready because drivers don't carry change.
